Multi-day events
We understand that some events require extended time, and we offer rental options with or without accommodation to suit your needs
Rental conditions for multi-day events are similar to those for one-day events but require more organizational planning. We place extra focus on preparation and work closely with you on the specific arrangements and program. As weekends are generally reserved for our own activities, multi-day events are typically available on weekdays.
Accommodation
Accommodation is available during events in rooms offering beautiful views of Prague. It must be arranged in advance, as availability is limited, possibly due to other events. Please note that we do not offer accommodation for individuals; it is only available for groups as part of contracted events. As we are not a hotel, certain restrictions apply: we do not provide breakfast, and there is no 24-hour reception. You are responsible for check-ins, room allocation, and check-outs.
- Fortna offers 25 rooms with a total capacity of 46 beds, including 12 double rooms, 1 single room, and 6 room configurations where one room is accessible through another, providing 3-4 beds in total. You can find the room layout here.
- The facilities are modest yet thoughtfully designed for both practicality and comfort. Room layouts vary; some offer views of Prague, others overlook Hradčany Square, while some face the peaceful courtyard.
- Bed linen and towels are available.
- Each bathroom and toilet is shared between two neighbouring rooms.
Rental conditions and prices
Rental conditions are arranged individually for each event. Pricing is based on factors such as the number of attendees, rental duration, space requirements, equipment usage, and cleaning services.
Accommodation rate:
- double room: 850 CZK per person and night (from the third night onward, the rate is 560 CZK)
- single room: 1 300 CZK per person and night (from the third night onward, the rate is 700 CZK)
