At Fortna, we collaborate with specialists who can offer guidance on your spiritual journey or personal development. Below is a list of individuals available for consultations in English and other languages.
Spiritual guidance/accompaniment
Spiritual guidance involves working with a personal spiritual experience to deepen or discover your relationship with God. This process proceeds through regular, individually arranged meetings with a guide.
Adéla Muchová (CZ, EN, DE)
She serves as a pastoral theologian and spiritual guide, with degrees in theology and humanities from institutions in Prague, Vienna, and Vancouver. She has completed the Spiritual Guidance Course accredited by the Sts Cyril and Methodius Faculty of Theology in Olomouc and the Jesuits. A long-term collaborator with the Roman Catholic Academic Parish of Prague, her focus includes practical spirituality, spiritual development, and partner communication. Additionally, she teaches pastoral theology in Linz.
Personal coaching
Personal coaching involves guiding individuals through the decision-making process to support them during minor or major life changes. Meetings with the coach and associated fees are arranged directly between the coach and the client.
Jitka Trmalová (CZ, EN)
She holds degrees in psychosocial studies and theology from the Hussite Theological Faculty of Charles University. She serves as a coach for the certified “Život Jako Hra” (Play Life Coaching Method) course.
Bohdan Fuka (CZ, EN)
He has been a lecturer and facilitator in the business environment since 2003 and completed certified coaching training in 2008-2009. His specialities include personal effectiveness, sustainable performance, work-life balance, and healthy living. Since 2020, he has been serving as a guide for group programs at Fortna.
Talking to a priest and sacraments
Religious services for non-Czech speakers, including sacraments, spiritual talks, regular Masses, and group Masses, are primarily offered by the Discalced Carmelites Convent at the Church of the Infant Jesus of Prague, which is a 15-minute walk from Fortna. For contact information, please see here.
