Silent meditation is a spiritual practice rooted (not only) in the Christian tradition but it is also a good form of a joint prayer by people from different denominations. And similarly, silence may be also a common language for people speaking different languages.
Regular meditation sessions take place every:
- Tuesday at 8 a.m. (30 minutes)
- Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. (50 minutes)
Seating aids such as cushions, mats, and chairs are provided. Sessions are open to all; no registration is required, but please arrive in time to prepare for meditation. Upon arrival, ring the “Fortna” bell at the entrance of the building.
