One-day events
For a one-day event, you can choose from several halls available at Fortna.
The rooms at Fortna are unique and full of character, though not traditional conference facilities. We encourage organizers to visit and experience the space in person.
For a one-day event, you can rent one or more rooms, depending on Fortna’s availability for that date. Occasionally, multiple events may take place simultaneously, but we ensure that organizers are informed in advance and that events do not interfere with one another.
Halls
- Great Hall – accommodates up to 110 seats (15 m by 10 m)
- Stucco Hall – accommodates 25 seats (9 m by 8 m)
- Recreation Room – accommodates 15-25 seats (8 m by 6 m)
Equipment and amenities
- Over 100 chairs, various desks and tables, a speaker’s podium, easels, and notice boards for informational and promotional materials
- Flip chart and data projector (available upon request)
- The Great Hall is equipped with a sound system, including 2 wireless handheld microphones and 2 headset microphones
- High-performance Wi-Fi
Rental conditions and price
Rental conditions are arranged individually for each event. Pricing is based on factors such as the number of attendees, rental duration, space requirements, equipment usage, and cleaning services.
